All Service Companies change decribed here were determined by the Technical Board of Xerox Brazil for the introduction of Project ASP Xerox , in 2004 year, when ended the activities of its own Technical Team, and part of the team was definitely off from technical staff. However, the occupation and the activities performed since then were always the same in all ASP Companies, and stay the same up to present date.

The ASP PlanService Back Office Ltd, later named PlanService Office Processes Management Ltd. went bankrupt in January 2010, when its Technical Team was disassembled, and others ASP Companies assumed technical services according geographic region, as determined by XBra.
